Es werden die aktuellen Strukturen im Bereich Wirtschaft, Bevölkerung, Fläche und der sozialen Strukturen beschrieben. Die Beschreibung findet für die aktuelle Entwicklung wie auch für die vergangene Entwicklung der Gemeinde statt. Außerdem werden mögliche und geplante Schritte zur weiteren, zukünftigen Entwicklung hier dargestellt. Auch die Gemeinde insgesamt wird vorgestellt, wie z.B. ihre Geschichte. Am Ende steht eine Expertenbefragung.</dc:description>
