  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:srw_dc="info:srw/schema/1/dc-schema">Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, das Auftreten und die Verteilung der Massaria-Krankheit an Platanen am Beispiel der städtischen Wohnhausanlagen der Unternehmung Stadt Wien zu überprüfen. Dabei werden die in der Praxis gewonnen Erkenntnisse mit dem theoretischen Wissen verglichen und zusammengeführt. Straßenbäume sind nicht Bestandteil der Untersuchungen und bleiben daher unberücksichtigt. Zum Ende der Arbeit wird die Situation der Massaria-Problematik für die Platanen im Bereich der städtischen Wohnhausanlagen  Wiener Wohnen eingeschätzt. Auf Grundlage der Ergebnisse werden im Anschluss daran Empfehlungen für den weiteren Umgang mit der Krankheit gegeben.</dc:description>
