  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:srw_dc="info:srw/schema/1/dc-schema">Der Beitrag neutrophiler Granulozyten zur Endothelzellapoptose bei Malaria und Sepsis resultiert wahrscheinlich im verwendeten In-vitro-Modell aus mindestens 2 Pathomechanismen: 1. Aktivierung der Neutrophilen mit Freisetzung reaktiver Sauerstoffspezies und neutrophilenspez.Proteasen; 2. Interaktion der Adhäsionsmoleküle anti-LFA-1 und anti-ICAM-1. Der Endothelschaden spielt wohl in der Pathogenese der Malaria bzw. Sepsis eine Rolle. Somit könnten Therapieansätze, welche hier eingreifen, hilfreich sein. Es wurden Untersuchungen mit Ascorbinsäure, Ulinastatin und AK gegen LFA-1/ICAM-1 durchgeführt.&lt;ger&gt;</dc:description>
