Physical plasma has emerged as a promising anticancer approach. This thesis explores plasma’s effects on ulcerating breast cancer using 2D/3D in vitro models, in vivo xenografts, patient-derived tissues, and biopsies. Plasma consistently reduced tumor growth, induced programmed cell death, and modulated the tumor microenvironment.
