Its modular hardware and software architecture enables flexible and robust prototyping. The platform’s effectiveness is demonstrated and evaluated through prototypes developed for aquaculture, environmental monitoring, trawl fisheries, and deep-sea mining applications.<eng> Diese Arbeit stellt eine Open-Source-Plattform vor, die die Entwicklung anwendungsspezifischer Umweltmonitoringsysteme im marinen Kontext erleichtert – insbesondere für Nicht-Expert*innen. Durch ein modulares Hard- und Softwarekonzept lassen sich robuste Sensorsysteme für unterschiedliche Anwendungen schnell und flexibel prototypisieren.
