The patient groups of the PERFECT RCT Phase III were further analyzed in the scope of this work to placebo, stem cell, responder and non-responder groups. The outcome of this analysis showed an increase in the incidence rate of non-serious arrhythmias (SVES and VES) in stem cell group but also showed a significant reduction in this incidence rate over a period of time of up to 180 days only in the responder subgroup to the therapy.<eng> Diese Arbeit untersucht die Sicherheit der Stammzelltherapie in Kombination mit ACB-OP nach Myokardinfarkt. Die Pantienten der RCT PERFECT Phase III wurden in Placebo-, Stammzell-, Responder- und non-Respondergruppe unterteilt.
