Im vorliegenden Beitrag erfolgen eine systematische Beschreibung und Darstellung konzeptioneller Elemente des Weiterbildungssystems. Auf dieser Grundlage werden die Pädagogischen Lesungen innerhalb dieses Systems verortet und ihre Charakteristika herausgearbeitet.<ger> The GDR further education system knew manifold formats of collegial exchange of experience. The pedagogical readings (“Pädagogischen Lesungen”) represented a form that was characterized by specific features. The article provided here intends to contribute to a systematic description and presentation of conceptual elements of the further education system.
