Die Chemotherapie ist eine Hauptsäule der Krebsbehandlung. Es besteht die Notwendigkeit, neue Wirkungsstoffe mit anti-tumorigenen Potential zu identifizieren, um zum einen Nebenwirkungen zu reduzieren und zum anderen das personalisierte Therapiekonzept zu optimieren. Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Identifizierung potentieller neuer Antitumorwirkstoffe durch die Etablierung valider Screeningsysteme. Weiterhin werden durch metabolische Verfahren neue Metastasierungsmarker ermittelt.<ger> Cancer is currently the fourth leading cause of death in Germany. Chemotherapy is a major pillar of cancer treatment. There is a need to identify new active substances with anti-tumorigenic potential, on the one hand to reduce side effects and on the other hand to optimize the personalized therapy concept. This thesis deals with the identification of potential new antitumor agents by establishing valid screening systems.
