abstract="Ausstellungen sind sozial umk{\"a}mpfte R{\"a}ume. Hier wird verhandelt, wer spricht und wer geh{\"o}rt wird. (Un-)Bewusste Intentionen der Ausstellungsmacher{\_}innen treffen r{\"a}umlich vermittelt auf vermeintliche Deutungen der Besucher{\_}innen. Doch was passiert in diesem Setting tats{\"a}chlich? Bislang betrachtete die Forschung kunsthistorische Inszenierungsanalysen und empirische Besucher{\_}innenforschung vorwiegend getrennt. Die Frage nach dem Verh{\"a}ltnis von Menschen und Dingen im Raum wurde vergleichsweise selten gestellt. Mittels umfassender Feldforschungen sowie raum- und handlungstheoretischer Bez{\"u}ge liefert Luise Reitst{\"a}tter Antworten und veranschaulicht ortsspezifische Eigenlogiken des Sozialraums Ausstellung. - Exhibitions are socially competitive spaces. They see negotiations about who shall speak and who shall be heard. In the spatial mediation, (sub-)conscious intentions of exhibitors meet the presumed interpretations of visitors. But what really happens in this setting? So far, research primarily regarded art historical staging analyses and empirical visitor research in separation. Questions about the relationship between humans and objects in the room were asked quite rarely. Through extensive field research and spatial and agent theories, Luise Reitst{\"a}tter gives answers and visualizes the local logic of exhibitions as social spaces",
