This prospective cohort study established patient-derived CRC organoids (75{\%} success rate) and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs, 87.5{\%} success rate) as preclinical models for therapy prediction. Targeted NGS sequencing revealed TP53, APC, and KRAS as the most frequent mutations; MSI was detected in 11{\%} of patients. Organoid-TIL co-culture enables exploration of the tumor microenvironment and immune evasion mechanisms, supporting personalized immunotherapy strategies.", school="Universit{\"a}t Rostock", note="vorgelegt von Meng Dai", note="GutachterInnen: Annette Zimpfer (Institute of Pathology, Rostock University Medical Center) ; Claudia Maletzki (Department of Medicine, Clinic III-Hematology/Oncology/Palliative Care, Rostock University Medical Center) ; Daniela Aust (Institute of Pathology, University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus)", note="Dissertation Universit{\"a}t Rostock 2026", doi="10.18453/rosdok_id00005813", url="https://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00005813", url="https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00005813-8", url="https://d-nb.info/1420686658/34", url="https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00005813", language="English" }
