abstract="This dataset contains repeated energy and execution measurements for 13 RISC-V assembly microbenchmarks on an ESP32-C6 and a Banana Pi BPi-F3. Six combinations of INA260 or Keysight CX3300 acquisition and native, Linux user-space, or Linux kernelspace execution cover 12 microarchitectural state-flush profiles. The tables provide measurements, empty-baseline corrections, descriptive statistics, and publication figures for studying energy, latency, and measurement variability.",
