This study found no significant impact of clip type, age, biopsy direction, or breast density on migration, but severe bleeding was linked to higher migration rates. Histopathological findings showed 64{\%} benign lesions, 9.9{\%} uncertain, and 21.4{\%} intraductal carcinoma. Clip migration >1 cm was associated with higher rates of negative specimen radiography and affected margins in subsequent surgeries. Further research on lesion location and depth is recommended.", school="Universit{\"a}t Rostock", note="vorgelegt von Ahmed Yehya Abdelsalam Aql", note="GutachterInnen: Angrit Stachs (Frauenklinik, Universit{\"a}tsmedizin Rostock) ; Felix Meinel (Institut f{\"u}r Interventionelle und Diagnostische Radiologie, Universit{\"a}tsmedizin Rostock) ; Michael Golatta (Leitung Studienzentrale Senologie, Brustzentrum Heidelberg)", note="Dissertation Universit{\"a}t Rostock 2025", doi="10.18453/rosdok_id00005149", url="https://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00005149", url="https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00005149-1", url="https://d-nb.info/1393157068/34", url="https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00005149", language="English" }
