@Book{1950519996, author="Spath, Nicolas Luca", title="radiogenomic approach in lung adenocarcinoma to unravel molecular mechanisms underlying CT imaging phenotypes", year="2024", address="Rostock", abstract="The herein-developed bioinformatics workflow aims to improve the interpretability of results from a multi-omics integration. Extraction of 86 image features from the CT image series describing tumor characteristics is followed by differential expression/methylation analysis. Regulation of signaling and cellular response to organic substance were reflected in CT image phenotypes. Hypomethylation showed a distinct shift in tumor texture. The described approach is generalizable to other cancer entities or non-malignant diseases to broaden the interpretability of future radiogenomics studies.", school="Universit{\"a}t Rostock", note="vorgelegt von Nicolas Luca Spath", note="GutachterInnen: Georg Fuellen (Institute for Biostatistics and Informatics in Medicine and Ageing Research, University Rostock) ; Marc-Andr{\'e} Weber (Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, University Rostock) ; Jan H{\"o}vener (Molecular Imaging North Competence Center, University Kiel)", note="Dissertation Universit{\"a}t Rostock 2024", doi="10.18453/rosdok_id00005084", url="https://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00005084", url="https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00005084-9", url="https://d-nb.info/1388827182/34", url="https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00005084", language="English" }
