Freezing-thawing cycles (FTC) and high hydrostatic pressure (HHP) were compared to chemical decellularization. FTC was the most effective in removing DNA and preserving the extracellular matrix (ECM), and showed better scaffold recellularization with kidney cells. Analysis with artificial intelligence revealed insights into the instructive memory of the ECM, guiding cells to avoid attachment to nonspecific sites.", school="Universit{\"a}t Rostock", note="vorgelegt von Haitham Salti", note="GutachterInnen: Steffen Mitzner (Universit{\"a}tsmedizin Rostock, Zentrum f{\"u}r Innere Medizin, Sektion Nephrologie) ; Kirsten Peters (Universit{\"a}tsmedizin Rostock, Zentrum f{\"u}r Medizinische Forschung, Institut f{\"u}r Zellbiologie) ; Kerstin Amann (Uniklinik Erlangen, Nephropathologische Abteilung)", note="Dissertation Universit{\"a}t Rostock 2024", doi="10.18453/rosdok_id00005005", url="https://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00005005", url="https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00005005-3", url="https://d-nb.info/1382476930/34", url="https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00005005", language="English" }
