Literature review of drug repurposing analysis was conducted to find tools that use transcriptomics data as input. RNA-seq technology was used to simultaneously study the gene expression of both the host (human) and the pathogen (S. pyogenes and Influenza A virus). The host expression was used as input for drug repurposing analysis to identify potential drugs for anti-infective treatment.", school="Universit{\"a}t Rostock", note="vorgelegt von Salem Odura Beffi Sueto", note="GutachterInnen: Georg Fuellen (Institut f{\"u}r Biostatistik und Informatik in Medizin und Alternsforschung, Universit{\"a}t Rostock) ; Michael Walter (Institut f{\"u}r Klinische Chemie und Laboratoriumsmedizin, Universit{\"a}t Rostock) ; Dirk Repsilber (Functional Bioinformatics, {\"O}rebro University, {\"O}rebro, Sweden)", note="Dissertation Universit{\"a}t Rostock 2023", doi="10.18453/rosdok_id00004514", url="https://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00004514", url="https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00004514-9", url="https://d-nb.info/1315379406/34", url="https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00004514", language="English" }
