@Book{1822283035, author="Naliwajko, Pawel", title="Influence of light on ad- and desorption processes on oxide semiconductor surfaces", year="2022", address="Rostock", abstract="Metal oxide-based semiconductor materials have shown to be good contenders for the solar energy conversion reactions utilizing CO2 as energy storing agent. The influence of light on ad- and desorption of CO2 was investigated on different zinc oxide, titania and cerium zirconium oxide nanomaterials by means of DRIFTS and TPD method. The phenomenon of ``IR-Blackening'' was observed and found to be caused by interaction between phonons and electrons. No direct influence of UV-Irradiation on adsorption of CO2 on zinc oxide was confirmed, while on titania the preference changed under irradiation.", school="Universit{\"a}t Rostock", note="vorgelegt von Pawel Naliwajko", note="GutachterInnen: Jennifer Strunk (Leibniz Institut f{\"u}r Katalyse e.V.) ; Guido Mul (University of Twente)", note="Dissertation Universit{\"a}t Rostock 2022", doi="10.18453/rosdok_id00004025", url="http://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00004025", url="https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00004025-0", url="https://d-nb.info/1293539198/34", url="https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00004025", language="English" }
