@Book{180104810X, author="George, Allen Jose", title="Lifetime modelling of large area solder joints in power electronic inverter units", year="2021", address="Rostock", abstract="Power electronics (PE) modules in inverter units are a critical part of the Hybrid/Electric vehicles drivetrain. During passive temperature cycling, the solder joint between the PE module and the baseplate develops cracks. A detailed reliability investigation was carried out on multiple physical variants under three temperature cycling profiles to uncover major influence parameters. A stress triaxiality and inelastic strain based FEM damage parameter was formulated which showed excellent correlation with experimental results.", school="Universit{\"a}t Rostock", note="vorgelegt von Allen Jose George", note="GutachterInnen: Mathias Nowottnick (Universit{\"a}t Rostock) ; Martin Schneider-Ramelow (Technische Universit{\"a}t Berlin)", note="Dissertation Universit{\"a}t Rostock 2022", doi="10.18453/rosdok_id00003672", url="http://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00003672", url="https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00003672-5", url="https://d-nb.info/1293537551/34", url="https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00003672", language="English" }
