We observed that IgG failed to significantly influence tumor cell viability and tumor growth; however, it significantly inhibited the cytotoxic activity of oxaliplatin in vitro. In addition, we observed that oxaliplatin-induced the activation of ERK; however, IgG inhibits ERK activity. This implies that the application of therapeutical IgG to treating patients, which are receiving oxaliplatin, might have harmful side effects.", school="Universit{\"a}t Rostock", note="vorgelegt von Yuru Shang", note="GutachterInnen: Dietmar Zechner (Rudolf-Zenker-Institut f{\"u}r Experimentelle Chirurgie, Zentrale Versuchstierhaltung Multimodale Kleintierbildgebung) ; Armin Wiegering (Universit{\"a}tsklinikum W{\"u}rzburg, Zentrum Operative Medizin, Klinik und Poliklinik f{\"u}r Allgemein- und Viszeralchirurgie, Gef{\"a}{\ss}- und Kinderchirurgie) ; Michael Linnebacher (Universit{\"a}tsmedizin Rostock, Molekulare Onkologie und Immuntherapie, Allgemeine Chirurgie)", note="Dissertation Universit{\"a}t Rostock 2021", doi="10.18453/rosdok_id00003037", url="http://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00003037", url="https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00003037-4", url="https://d-nb.info/1293663751/34", url="https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00003037", language="English" }
