This was performed in immune deficient mice (Rag2-/-$\gamma$c-/--mice) with electrocardiogram monitoring through Implantation of telemtry system. The induction of ventricular arrhythmias has been achieved via a permanent re-infarction through left anterior descending artery (LAD) ligation one week after a 30-minute ischemia-reperfusion. The time between 2 infarctions gave the stem cells the required period to entgraft themselves after their intramyocardial injection with the first infarction.", school="Universit{\"a}t Rostock", note="vorgelegt von Haval Lutfalla Sadraddin", note="GutachterInnen: Christof Stamm (Deutsches Herzzentrum Berlin, BIH Center for Regenerative Therapies, Charite Universit{\"a}tsmedizin) ; Gustav Steinhoff (Universit{\"a}tsmedizin Rostock, Klinik und Poliklinik f{\"u}r Herzchirurgie) ; Brigitte Vollmar (Universit{\"a}tsmedizin Rostock, Rudolf-Zenker-Institut f{\"u}r Experimentelle Chirurgie)", note="Dissertation Universit{\"a}t Rostock 2021", doi="10.18453/rosdok_id00002970", url="http://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00002970", url="https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00002970-5", url="https://d-nb.info/129366278X/34", url="https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00002970", language="English" }
