@Book{1689009152, author="Prymak, Iuliia", title="New insights into the structure performance relationships of Ce-based catalysts for synthesis of organic carbonates using CO2", year="2019", address="Rostock", abstract="This work focuses on the chemical utilization of CO2 in organic synthesis by means of direct carboxylation of C1-C2 alcohols (methanol and ethanol, respectively) to organic carbonates, e.g. dimethyl carbonate (DMC) and/or diethyl carbonate (DEC), over pure and P-modified Ce-Zr-O catalysts. The catalysts containing 80 mol{\%} Ce and 20 mol{\%} Zr exhibited the most efficient performance, which could be attributed to a good balance between the basic and acidic sites on its surface. The DMC yield was successfully improved further from 0.24{\%} to 1.6{\%} by phosphate modification of Ce0.8Zr0.2O2.", school="Universit{\"a}t Rostock", note="vorgelegt von Iuliia Prymak", note="GutachterInnen: Evgenii Kondratenko (Universit{\"a}t Rostock, Leibniz-Institut f{\"u}r Katalyse e.V.) ; Angelika Br{\"u}ckner (Universit{\"a}t Rostock, Leibniz-Institut f{\"u}r Katalyse e.V.)", note="Dissertation Universit{\"a}t Rostock 2019", doi="10.18453/rosdok_id00002616", url="http://purl.uni-rostock.de/rosdok/id00002616", url="https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:gbv:28-rosdok_id00002616-6", url="https://d-nb.info/1293658936/34", url="https://doi.org/10.18453/rosdok_id00002616", language="English" }
